Bonding

bonding

Bonding is the most state-of-the-art, fast and painless dental procedure for the restoration of minor teeth imperfections.

The material used in bonding is nanohybrid resin composite, and restoration can be either direct (in one appointment) or indirect.

In indirect bonding, the dentist will take an impression of the patient’s teeth, which will be sent to a dental laboratory. The dental technician will construct the restoration and in a second appointment the dentist will complete the procedure by bonding it to the teeth.

The most common aesthetic imperfections that can be fixed with bonding include:

  • slightly crooked teeth,
  • discolored teeth,
  • chipped teeth,
  • gaps between teeth,
  • uneven teeth.
